The Pegasus FR-50E is a 50 lb electric floor fryer for restaurants, takeout shops and caterers, and for kitchens without a gas line. A lift-up element heats a drawn stainless steel frypot under thermostatic control, with a separate safety thermostat for overheat protection. It runs on 208V 3-phase or, after a field conversion, 1-phase, and is 15.5" wide.

Pegasus has not published a spec sheet for the FR-50E, so call us to confirm wall clearances, the kW rating and the circuit before ordering. Plan for an electrician to connect it. Measure every doorway on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 15.5" width. Your local code may require it under a ventilation hood.
