The Serv-Ware 5D-35T-20A is a twist-handle waste valve for commercial compartment sinks with a 3 1/2" drain opening. It drains into a 2" outlet, and its lever handle lets staff open or close the drain without reaching into hot or dirty water. It fits sinks such as Serv-Ware's 14" Deep Heavy Duty 1CWPH series, which have a 3.5" drain opening.
