A 48" 3-well electric steam table that holds hot food wet or dry on the serving line, with a sneeze guard to protect it.
The Prepline EST48-3O-LT gives cafeterias, caterers, buffets and serving lines 3 open 12" × 20" wells, each with its own heat control and indicator light. The wells run dry, or wet with spillage pans (sold separately), and need no plumbing or drain. A 1/2" poly cutting board runs along the front, and the stainless steel undershelf holds pans, plates and lids. This package adds a PSG-LT-48 lighted sneeze guard with four-side tempered glass and 3 heat lamp bulbs that light and warm the food from above; it plugs into a separate 120V outlet. It plugs into a 120V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit. Pans are sold separately.
The base ships for assembly on site; measure the spot on the line, including the 8" cutting board at the front.

No. It holds food that is already cooked. The manual says to preheat for 45 minutes, load pre-cooked food at 160°F or more, and notes that NSF requires holding food at a minimum of 150°F.
It is 48" wide, 30.6" deep with the 8" cutting board and 34.4" high, and the sneeze guard adds 20" on top (48" × 19" footprint). The manual lists 2" of clearance at the sides and rear, and it may stand on combustible or non-combustible floors.
