A 60" 4-well electric steam table that holds hot food wet or dry on the serving line, with an undershelf for storage.
The Prepline EST60-4O-110 gives cafeterias, caterers, buffets and serving lines 4 open 12" × 20" wells, each with its own heat control and indicator light. The wells run dry, or wet with spillage pans (sold separately), and need no plumbing or drain. A removable 1/2" poly cutting board runs along the front, and the stainless steel undershelf holds pans, plates and lids. It plugs into a 110V NEMA 5-30P outlet on a dedicated 30 A circuit. Pans are sold separately.
The base ships for assembly on site; measure the spot on the line, including the 8" cutting board at the front.
Each 12" × 20" well has its own heat control and indicator light.

A grounded 110V NEMA 5-30P outlet for its 6 ft. cord. It is rated 2,000W, and USR Brands requires a dedicated 30 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Note the 30 A NEMA 5-30P plug: it does not fit a standard wall outlet.

No, pans and spillage pans are sold separately. Each of the 4 wells is 12" × 20" and 6.5" deep.
No. It holds food that is already cooked. The manual says to preheat for 45 minutes, load pre-cooked food at 160°F or more, and notes that NSF requires holding food at a minimum of 150°F.
It is 60" wide, 30.6" deep with the 8" cutting board and 34.4" high. The manual lists 2" of clearance at the sides and rear, and it may stand on combustible or non-combustible floors.
The base requires assembly; the manual shows the steps. Before first use, run each well on high for about 30 minutes to burn off residue from the elements; some smoke is normal.
