The Prepline ESTC30-2S-SG gives cafeterias, caterers, buffets and serving lines 2 sealed 12" × 20" wells, each with its own heat control and indicator light. The sealed wells take water directly, with no spillage pans needed, and empty through a built-in drain. A removable 1/2" poly cutting board runs along the front, and the enclosed base with sliding doors stores pans and lids. This package adds an angled stainless steel sneeze guard that stands 15" above the top and protects the food on 3 sides. It plugs into a 120V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit. Pans are sold separately.
