A 60" 4-well electric steam table that holds hot food on the line and stores pans in its enclosed base, with a sneeze guard to protect the food.
The Prepline ESTC60-4S-LT-110 gives cafeterias, caterers, buffets and serving lines 4 sealed 12" × 20" wells, each with its own heat control and indicator light. The sealed wells take water directly, with no spillage pans needed, and empty through a built-in drain. A removable 1/2" poly cutting board runs along the front, and the enclosed base with sliding doors stores pans and lids. This package adds a PSG-LT-60 lighted sneeze guard with four-side tempered glass and 4 heat lamp bulbs that light and warm the food from above; it plugs into a separate 120V outlet. It plugs into a 110V NEMA 5-30P outlet on a dedicated 30 A circuit. Pans are sold separately.
The cabinet ships for assembly on site; measure the spot on the line, including the 8" cutting board at the front.

Note the 30 A NEMA 5-30P plug: it does not fit a standard wall outlet. The lighted sneeze guard plugs separately into a standard 120V NEMA 5-15P outlet (1,000W).

No. It holds food that is already cooked. The manual says to preheat for 45 minutes, load pre-cooked food at 160°F or more, and notes that NSF requires holding food at a minimum of 150°F.
It is 60" wide, 30.6" deep with the 8" cutting board and 34.4" high on 6" legs, and the sneeze guard adds 20" on top (60" × 19" footprint). The manual lists 2" of clearance at the sides and rear, and it may stand on combustible or non-combustible floors.
