A 74" 5-well gas steam table that holds hot food wet or dry on the serving line, with a sneeze guard to protect it.
The Prepline GST74-5O-LT gives cafeterias, caterers, buffets and serving lines 5 open 12" × 20" wells heated by 5 jet burners of 3,500 BTU each, with independent controls and no electrical hookup for the table itself. The wells run dry, or wet with spillage pans (sold separately), and need no plumbing or drain. A removable 1/2" poly cutting board runs along the front, and the stainless steel undershelf holds pans, plates and lids. This package adds a PSG-LT-74 lighted sneeze guard with four-side tempered glass and 5 heat lamp bulbs that light and warm the food from above; it plugs into a 120V outlet. Pans are sold separately.
The base ships for assembly on site; measure the spot on the line, including the 8" cutting board at the front.

The spec sheet does not state natural gas or LP. The GST manual describes the included regulator as factory set for natural gas and convertible to LP by qualified personnel, but its conversion section is inconsistent, so call us to confirm the gas type and any conversion parts before ordering.
The burners total 17,500 BTU/H. A gas regulator with 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet is included; the manual says a manual shut-off valve (supplied by the user) must be installed in the supply line. Have a qualified installer connect it to local code.

It is 73.8" wide, 30.6" deep with the 8" cutting board and 34.4" high on 6" legs, and the sneeze guard adds 20" on top (73.8" × 19" footprint). The manual lists 2" of clearance at the sides and rear, approves combustible or non-combustible floors, and asks for at least 4" of air space between items on the undershelf and the burners.
Yes. The PSG-LT-74 lighted guard runs its 5 heat lamp bulbs on 120V (1,250W) with a NEMA 5-15P plug, so plan a standard outlet near the table. The steam table itself is gas heated.
USR Brands covers Prepline GST-series steam tables for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas connections must be made by a qualified installer. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, residential use is not covered, and glass is not covered.
