A 32" 2-well gas steam table that holds hot food on the line without an electrical hookup for the wells, with a sneeze guard to protect it.
The Prepline GSTC30-2S-LT gives cafeterias, caterers and serving lines 2 sealed 12" × 20" wells heated by 2 jet burners of 3,500 BTU each, with independent controls and no electrical hookup for the table itself. The sealed wells hold water for even heat and drain through a built-in drain. A removable 1/2" polyethylene cutting board runs along the front, and the enclosed base with sliding doors stores pans and lids. This package adds a PSG-LT-30 lighted sneeze guard with four-side tempered glass and 2 heat lamp bulbs that light and warm the food from above; it plugs into a 120V outlet. Pans are sold separately.

The spec sheet does not state natural gas or LP. The GST manual describes the included regulator as adaptable to natural gas and LP with conversion by qualified personnel, but its conversion section is inconsistent, so call us to confirm the gas type and any conversion parts before ordering.
The burners total 7,000 BTU/H. A gas regulator with 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet is included; the manual says a manual shut-off valve must be installed in the supply line and is not included. Have a qualified installer connect it to local code.
Yes. The 2 sealed wells hold water for even heat (the manual says up to 2" of hot water) and empty through the built-in drain. Preheat with the wells covered for about 15 to 30 minutes before adding food.

It is 31.8" wide, 30.6" deep with the cutting board and 34.4" high on 6" legs. The manual lists 2" of clearance at the sides and rear, and it may stand on combustible or non-combustible floors. Keep the area around the burners clear for air flow.
Yes. The PSG-LT-30 lighted guard runs its 2 heat lamp bulbs on 120V (500W) with a NEMA 5-15P plug, so plan a standard outlet near the table. The steam table itself is gas heated.
USR Brands covers Prepline GST-series steam tables for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas connections must be made by a qualified installer. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, residential use is not covered, and glass is not covered.
