The Prepline MIX2-SS is a variable speed blender for restaurants, catering kitchens, cafes and bars that blend in volume. Its 3.5 HP motor reaches 26,000 RPM, and a pulse switch gives instant high speed. The 1 gallon stainless steel jar has a 2-piece lid, and a stirring rod is included. It plugs into a standard 110V outlet.
