Prepline OS-2528 29" Stainless Steel Convection Oven Stand with Cooling Racks for 6 Sheet Pans, 3" Casters
A stainless steel stand that lifts a countertop convection oven and cools its sheet pans right underneath.
The Prepline OS-2528 is built for bakeries, cafes and kitchens running a Moffat E32D5 or G32D5 convection oven. Its built-in cooling racks hold (6) full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans, so trays move straight from the oven to the rack below without taking counter space. The all-stainless frame measures 28-7/8" W × 25-5/8" D × 34-5/8" H and rolls on 3" casters.
Add the oven's own height to the 34-5/8" stand height when you check hood and shelf clearance.
Six sheet pan positions under the oven, so hot trays cool without taking counter space.
Sized for the Moffat E32D5 and G32D5 convection ovens.
3" swivel casters, two with brakes, for moving it to clean.
