A continuous feed vegetable cutter that slices, shreds and grates straight into a pan.
The Prepline PLC-300 is a countertop vegetable cutter for restaurants, delis and catering kitchens. Its 3/4 HP motor turns the disc at 270 RPM, and food goes through a feed opening under a hand lever, so cut product drops straight into a pan. It comes with 5 discs, a feeding plunger and a cleaning brush, and plugs into a standard 110-120V outlet.
Leave room at the discharge side for a pan, and set it on a wide, level, dry counter away from heat and water spray, as the manual asks.
Slice, shred and grate; discs lift out for changes and washing.
Lever-fed opening plus a small round opening for long vegetables.
Cover and feed handle microswitches, and no automatic restart after a power cut.

Fresh vegetables and fruit: it slices, shreds and grates with the 5 included discs, and the manual covers dicing and stick cuts with the grid disc. The manual says never to use it with frozen food.
A standard grounded 110-120V outlet. It has a NEMA 5-15P plug and draws 5 A (550 W).
Lift the handle, load food into the feed opening, close the handle and press it down; cut food drops out of the side into your pan. The smaller round opening is for long vegetables like carrots.
Microswitches stop the motor when the cover or the feed handle is opened, and it will not restart by itself after a power cut. Always press food with the plunger, never by hand.
Unplug it and clean the machine and discs every day. The discs, dicing grid and plastic ejector come off for washing under warm water; wipe the body with a damp cloth and avoid abrasives or chlorine cleaners.
