The Prepline PSB6000-B holds 10 liters of soup, stew, chili or curry for restaurants, buffets and caterers. A thermostat with 12 settings covers 86°F to 194°F, a hinged stainless steel lid has a ladle holder and a cool-touch handle, and a magnetic label shows what is inside. It has a black painted steel exterior, non-slip rubber feet and plugs into a standard 110V outlet (NEMA 5-15P, 400W). The insert is dishwasher safe.

Yes. The manual says to use it with wet heat only: add 0.6 L of water between the stainless liner and the inner container, never overfill, and never run the kettle empty.
The thermostat has 12 settings from 86°F to 194°F. The manual says to serve at settings 1 to 8, at the lowest setting that holds serving temperature, and to use 8 to 12 to hold at high temperature. Prepline says it reheats cold food within 30 minutes.
A standard grounded 110-120V outlet for its NEMA 5-15P plug. It is rated 400W.
Unplug it and let it cool. The stainless insert and lid are dishwasher safe; wipe the exterior with a damp soapy cloth. Never immerse the kettle in water or use a pressure jet.
Prepline's published 1-year warranty lists its food equipment series by name, and the PSB/PSS soup kettles are not among them. Call us to confirm the warranty before ordering.
