The Rational IHEXAGON 6-HALF E 208V 3PH(LM400BE) iHexagon combines steam, convection and microwave energy in a 6-half size cooking system for commercial kitchens.
The iHexagon uses iClimateBoost to coordinate its cooking technologies across the chamber. Choose this configuration by its pan capacity, power supply and installation requirements. Pan formats for this configuration are Steam Table Pan Capacity (12" x 20" / GN 1/1): 6; Sheet Pan Capacity (13" x 18"): 6; G/N Pan Capacity: 6 1/1.
