The RHEF-75-2-DM2 banks 2 fryers, each with a 75-80 lb. stainless steel tank and 4 burners (132,000 BTU/hr per tank, 264,000 BTU/hr in all), in one 39" wide cabinet with a built-in filter system. Every tank has its own DM2 control, a 2-product solid state control with temperature readout. It suits restaurants, chicken and fish shops and high-volume kitchens that keep different products in separate oil and filter at the end of the day.

Measure the hood line and leave room in front of the fryer: the filter pan slides out the front.
Built-in filtration
An 8 gpm filter pump returns oil through the wash-down hose; Royal says a normal filter cycle takes about 5 minutes. Royal Plus and Ultra-Plus versions return oil through the bottom of the tank.
High efficiency burners
Each tank has 4 in-shot burners at 33,000 BTU/hr (4 burners x 33,000 = 132,000 BTU/hr per tank; 2 x 132,000 = 264,000 BTU/hr total) heating the oil through Royal's heat exchanger.
DM2 controls
Each tank has a 2-product solid state control with temperature readout.
Easy draining
A 1 1/4" full port drain valve on each tank; the stainless steel tank assembly sits in an all welded stainless steel cabinet.

What is the difference between the filtration options?
Standard filtration returns the filtered oil through the wash-down hose. Royal Plus returns it through the bottom of the tank, and Royal Ultra-Plus through the bottom of the tank or the wash hose. Pick one when you order.

How do I clean it?
Filter the oil at the end of each day and wash the baskets, crumb screen and filter pan. Once a week, drain the tanks and run a boil-out with a non-chlorine commercial boil-out product.
