The RKTB-36 is the 36" model in the Royal Series RKTB Kabob Broiler line: 6 stainless steel tubular burners rated at 18,000 BTU/hr each for 108,000 BTU/hr in total, on a 24 1/4" deep chassis. It suits restaurants that serve kabobs and skewered meats. Order it for natural gas or propane; the pressure regulator comes with the unit.

Does it run on natural gas or propane?
Either. Pick Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP) before adding it to the cart; Royal builds it for the gas you specify. Tell us your elevation if you are above 2,000 feet.

What gas connection does it need?

What does the warranty cover?
Royal's limited warranty is 2 years on parts and 1 year on labor from installation (up to 30 months from manufacture); cast iron parts are covered for 90 days. Labor is covered when an authorized Royal service agency does the work.
How do I clean it?
Daily, clean the grates with warm water, a mild cleaner and a wire brush, brush debris from around the burners, and empty the water pan. Wipe stainless steel with hot soapy water; don't use steel wool or abrasive powders.
