A 12 gallon gas pasta cooker with six baskets, for restaurants that cook pasta to order all night.
The RPC-14 holds 12 gallons of water in a 316 stainless steel tank and comes with six individual stainless steel baskets. Three cast iron burners give 78,000 BTU/hr, a 150-250°F thermostat adjusts in 10° steps, and a front overflow keeps the water clean and starch free. It needs gas, a 1/2" water line and a drain, but no electrical connection.

Plan the water line and a floor drain at the fry line before delivery; the cooker needs both as well as gas.

- Choose natural gas or LP when you order. If your kitchen is above 2,000 feet, tell us the elevation so Royal can set the unit up for it.
- A qualified installer must connect gas (with a manual shut-off valve), water and drain following local codes; no external gas regulator is needed.
- Inspect the shipment before signing and note any visible damage on the freight bill.

Royal covers fryer filter systems and RPC pasta cookers for 2 years parts and labor from installation (up to 30 months from manufacture). Labor is covered when an authorized Royal service agency does the work. The stainless steel tank has a 5-year prorated warranty (Royal sheet).
