A 36" stand-alone restaurant oven on 6" legs, for kitchens that need oven capacity without a range top.
The RR-36-LB-C is Royal's 36" wide restaurant-type gas oven with one convection oven, 30,000 BTU/hr in all, 29" high on 6" legs. It suits restaurants, bakeries and caterers that need range-style ovens under a hood or beside a cooking line. The convection fan needs a standard 120V grounded outlet.

Measure doorways and the space under the hood first; Royal gives no crated size for these ovens.
Convection oven
A 30,000 BTU "U" burner with automatic ignition, 150-500°F thermostat, two-speed fan, Cook and Cool switch, one-hour manual timer and 3 chrome plated racks.
Built for daily use
A solidly welded heavy gauge frame with stainless steel front, sides, top and kick plate, and porcelain oven contact surfaces.
Fits beside the line
36" wide on 6" legs; add 5" swivel casters or seismic flanged feet as options.

- Call (201) 467-8222 for the current lead time before you schedule installation.
- Choose natural gas or LP when you order. If your kitchen is above 2,000 feet, tell us the elevation so Royal can set the unit up for it.
- A qualified installer must connect it following local codes, with the supplied pressure regulator and a manual shut-off valve ahead of the unit, and the convection oven to a grounded 120V outlet.
- Inspect the shipment before signing and note any visible damage on the freight bill.
Questions buyers ask
Does it run on natural gas or propane?
Either. Pick Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP) before adding it to the cart; Royal builds it for the gas you specify. Tell us your elevation if you are above 2,000 feet.
Does it need an electrical outlet?
Yes, for the convection oven: 120V, 8 amps per convection oven, on a 6' cord with a standard 3-prong grounded plug. Royal's manual says convection ovens cannot run during a power failure.
How is the BTU total figured?
1 convection oven × 30,000 = 30,000 BTU/hr.
How much clearance does it need?
Royal lists 4" at the rear and 15" at the sides from combustible walls, and 0" from non-combustible walls.
How many racks come with it?
Each convection oven comes with 3 chrome plated racks with 5-position adjustment. Additional racks are an option.
What does the warranty cover?
Royal's limited warranty is 2 years on parts and 1 year on labor from installation (up to 30 months from manufacture), with labor by an authorized Royal service agency.
