Description
The Sapphire SMBD-36 is an underbar drainboard with a 36-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep footprint. Its corrugated top provides a designated drainage and staging area beside a bar washing station.
The manufacturer identifies an 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel top and body with galvanized legs and cross-bracing. A drain connection at the top provides the specified drainage arrangement.
The freestanding format can be placed within an underbar equipment run. Compare the drain position, backsplash and working height with adjacent sinks and glass storage units.
Check the manufacturer drawing for the installation height and drain routing before ordering. Drainboard width and the available plumbing position should fit the intended service workflow.
