Description
The Sapphire SMDC-1848 combines a 48-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep stainless steel top with a cabinet base for dishware and kitchen storage. This model has an open front configuration.
A 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel top sits above an 18-gauge type 304 body. The adjustable middle shelf lets operators arrange the interior around the size of stored serviceware; the shelf can also be removed when more vertical space is needed.
The open front keeps the storage area directly accessible for staff loading or removing dishes during service. The cabinet top has reinforcement beneath the work surface.
