Description
The Sapphire SMDC-2448S combines a 48-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep stainless steel top with a cabinet base for dishware and kitchen storage. This model has an sliding doors configuration.
A 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel top sits above an 18-gauge type 304 body. The adjustable middle shelf lets operators arrange the interior around the size of stored serviceware; the shelf can also be removed when more vertical space is needed.
The doors provide an enclosed storage arrangement. Leave appropriate access in front of the cabinet so stored items can be reached during service. The cabinet top has reinforcement beneath the work surface.
