The Sapphire SMIB-1824 is an insulated underbar ice bin for bar preparation and cocktail service. Its 24-inch width and 18.5-inch depth helps compare the bin with adjacent equipment in the underbar run.
The storage bin keeps service ice within reach of the bartender. This configuration should be distinguished from Sapphire models fitted with a cold plate.
