The Sapphire SMS-2020R is designed for commercial kitchen washing and utility tasks. Its 42.5-inch width and 25.5-inch depth accommodates 1 sink compartment.
Each bowl measures 20" side to side and 20" front to back, with a 14" rim-to-drain depth. The right-hand drainboard provides a separate staging surface beside the bowls.
