Description
The Sapphire SMT-1424G provides a 24-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep stainless steel work surface for commercial kitchen preparation, portioning and staging. This configuration combines a flat top with an adjustable undershelf for supplies stored beneath the top.
The top is made from 18-gauge type 430 stainless steel, while the base uses galvanized steel. The flat top provides access from both working sides, supporting a freestanding preparation station.
The undershelf can be positioned to accommodate the height of stored containers while keeping frequently used supplies close to the work area. The rounded front edge defines the worktop profile.
When comparing Sapphire work tables, match the 24 x 14-inch surface, top gauge, base material and backsplash to the intended station. The nominal working height and overall height with a backsplash are different measurements; check the manufacturer drawing for the installation envelope.
