Scotsman APRC1-P AquaPatrol Plus Water Filter Replacement Cartridge, 1 Each
Replacement cartridge for Scotsman AquaPatrol Plus water filter systems on Scotsman ice machines.
Scotsman APRC1-P is the AquaPatrol Plus replacement cartridge, sold as a single cartridge. AquaPatrol Plus is built for ice machine sanitation: its media leaves chlorine in the water to keep the machine cleaner longer, while it reduces dirt and rust particles and feeds polyphosphate to inhibit scale build up. Scotsman pairs the AquaPatrol systems AP1-P, AP2-P and AP3-P with the APRC1-P cartridge in its water filter selection table.
The AquaPatrol media leaves chlorine in the water so the ice machine stays cleaner longer; the ice-making process then removes noticeable chlorine.
A polyphosphate feed inhibits scale and mineral build up that could damage the ice machine.
Reduces dirt and rust particles. Scotsman notes a tighter pore size that removes more undesirable compounds.
Scotsman describes the AquaPatrol Plus system as easy to install and maintain.
Scotsman AquaPatrol Plus systems: AP1-P single, AP2-P twin and AP3-P triple. The Scotsman water filter selection table lists APRC1-P as the cartridge for all three.
Scotsman lists AP1-P with APRC1-P for self-contained cubers such as the UC2024 and UC2724, cubers up to 650 lb, and self-contained nugget and flake units such as the UN and UF undercounter models. Larger cubers use AP2-P or AP3-P.
AquaPatrol Plus is designed to leave chlorine in the water to keep the machine cleaner. Scotsman says the ice-making process then removes all noticeable chlorine from the cubes.
The Scotsman water filter warranty covers manifold parts only, for 5 years, on commercial installations in North, South and Central America.
