A 22-inch-wide insulated bin that stores up to 370 lb. of ice under a Scotsman modular ice machine.
The Scotsman B322S is a 22" wide modular ice storage bin with a metallic exterior. It holds up to 370 lb. of ice and stands 50" tall on its 6" legs. Foamed-in polyurethane insulation preserves the ice, and the polyethylene liner is sanitary and easy to clean. The ice machine on top is sold separately.
Plan the height of the bin and ice machine together: the bin alone is 50" tall on its legs.
Application capacity is 370 lb. of ice, based on 90% of total volume at 34 lb. per cubic foot.
The door has hidden hinges and is spring loaded for easy opening and closing.
An ice scoop is included, and the bin has a built-in scoop holder.
The baffle removes without tools, and the polyethylene interior is sanitary, easy to clean and resists scuffs from scoops.
Polyurethane foam is forced between the wall and liner under heat and pressure to preserve the ice supply for long periods.
A recessed 3/4" NPT bin drain fitting gives maximum installation flexibility.
Scotsman's machine/bin sizing chart lists 22" modular heads such as the MC0322, MC0722, N0922 and F1222 on this bin. The MC222L remote head needs the KBT31 bin top. The ice machine is sold separately.
