A 30-inch self-contained ice machine that makes up to 329 lb. of small cubes a day and stores 110 lb. under the counter, for restaurants, bars and cafes that need about 300 lb. of cubes a day.
The Scotsman CU3030SAX-32 is a self-contained undercounter ice machine with built-in storage. It makes small cubes (7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8") and produces up to 329 lb. per 24 hours at 70°F air / 50°F water and 230 lb. at 90°F / 70°F, with a 110 lb. bin. It is air-cooled, runs on 208-230V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power with a cord, and uses R290 refrigerant. The unit measures 30" W x 30" D x 33" H without legs.
Measure under the counter: 33" H without legs; the KPUFM30 floor mount kit is optional.
The AutoAlert control panel shows operating status and signals when it is time to descale, sanitize and more.
Patented WaterSense adaptive purge control reduces scale buildup for a longer time between cleanings.
The door, top panel and storage bin come off easily for clear access to internal parts, and a diagnostic code display helps get the right fix the first time.
Includes an ice scoop, 6" adjustable legs and a 6 ft. power cord.
Uses 6.72 kWh and 20.4 gallons of potable water per 100 lb. of ice. Scotsman says Prodigy undercounters exceed federal energy efficiency regulations.
