The Scotsman MC0830SRX-32 is a 30-inch-wide Prodigy ELITE modular cube ice machine head that makes small (half dice) cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8". Scotsman's current sheet lists 729 lb and 813 lb per 24 hours for the remote-cooled MC0830 at its two rating points, 70°F air/50°F water and 90°F air/70°F water. It works with a Scotsman ERC311X-32 remote condenser and a refrigerant line set, both sold separately, so the condenser and its heat can sit outdoors. It runs on 208-230/60/1 power and sits on a Scotsman bin or dispenser, sold separately.
