The Scotsman MC1030MAX-32 is a 30-inch-wide Prodigy ELITE modular cube ice machine head that makes medium (full dice) cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". It makes up to 1,041 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 782 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water. Its built-in air-cooled condenser draws air through the front louver, which has a removable external air filter. It runs on 208-230/60/1 power and sits on a Scotsman bin or dispenser, sold separately.
