The Scotsman MC1030MR-3 is a 30-inch-wide Prodigy ELITE modular cube ice machine head that makes medium (full dice) cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". It makes up to 996 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 869 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water. It works with a Scotsman ERC311-32 remote condenser and a refrigerant line set, both sold separately, so the condenser and its heat can sit outdoors. It runs on 208-230/60/3 power and sits on a Scotsman bin or dispenser, sold separately.
