The Scotsman MC1030MRX-3 is a 30-inch-wide Prodigy ELITE modular cube ice machine head that makes medium (full dice) cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". Scotsman's current sheet lists 786 lb and 943 lb per 24 hours for the remote-cooled MC1030 at its two rating points, 70°F air/50°F water and 90°F air/70°F water. It works with a Scotsman ERC311X-32 remote condenser and a refrigerant line set, both sold separately, so the condenser and its heat can sit outdoors. It runs on 208-230/60/3 power and sits on a Scotsman bin or dispenser, sold separately.
