A 10-inch coarse prefilter that takes sand and dirt out of the water line ahead of your Scotsman ice machine filter.
The Scotsman SC10-A is a 10" (25.4 cm) coarse prefilter with a maximum flow of 5 gallons per minute. It installs in the water line with 3/4" FNPT inlet and outlet connections. Scotsman places the coarse prefilter in its filtration line-up for sand and dirt in the water, and lists it for cubers up to 650 lb and flakers, nuggets and nugget dispensers up to 1,200 lb. Replacement filters are SC10RC40 (package of 40).
