Scotsman SSMRC6 SSM Plus Water Filter Replacement Cartridge, Pack of 6
Replacement cartridges for Scotsman SSM Plus water filter systems by Everpure.
Scotsman SSMRC6 is the SSM Plus replacement cartridge, sold as a package of 6 cartridges. SSM Plus combines ultrafine half-micron filtration with food-grade polyphosphate to keep chlorine, off-tastes, odors and dirt particles out of your ice. AquaArmor with AgION, a silver-based antimicrobial compound, reduces the growth of bacteria, algae, mold and slime and helps prevent premature clogging. Scotsman pairs the SSM Plus systems SSM1-P, SSM2-P and SSM3-P with the SSMRC1 cartridge in its water filter selection table.
Ultrafine half-micron filtration; NSF Standard 42 class 1 particle reduction of 99.9% of particles 1/2 micron and larger.
Reduces chlorine, off-tastes and odors so they stay out of the ice.

Scotsman SSM Plus systems: SSM1-P single, SSM2-P twin and SSM3-P triple. The Scotsman water filter selection table lists SSMRC1 as the cartridge for all three.
Scotsman lists SSM1-P with SSMRC1 for self-contained cubers such as the UC2024 and UC2724, cubers up to 650 lb, and self-contained nugget and flake units. Larger cubers use SSM2-P or SSM3-P.
Scotsman states that the SSM Plus and AquaPatrol Plus filters and replacement cartridges are tested and listed by NSF under Standard 42 (chlorine, taste and odor, class 1 particle reduction) and Standard 53 (turbidity, cyst and asbestos reduction), and only for those functions. Do not use it where the water is microbiologically unsafe.
