The Scotsman UC2724SWX-1 is the small cube, water-cooled model of the UC2724 undercounter series. It makes 282 lb of small cube ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 232 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water, and it stores up to 80 lb in its built-in bin. The unit is front breathing, so it needs no side clearance, and the adjustable legs, power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug and ice scoop come with it. As a water-cooled unit it needs a separate condenser water supply and drain; the condenser uses about 136 gallons per 100 lb of ice. Scotsman designs, engineers and assembles it in the USA.
Measure under the counter: the unit is 39" tall on its 6" legs, or 33.5" with the optional floor mount kit.
Air moves in and out at the front, so no side clearance is required and the 24" wide unit can sit between cabinets.
