The Scotsman UF424WX-1 is the water-cooled model of the UF424 undercounter series. It makes 479 lb of flake ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 360 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water, and it stores up to 80 lb in its built-in bin. The ice scoop and power cord come with it, and an intuitive control panel makes daily operation simple. As a water-cooled unit it needs a separate condenser water supply and drain; the condenser uses about 82.1 gallons per 100 lb of ice. Scotsman designs, engineers and assembles it in the USA.
Measure under the counter: the unit is 39" tall on its 6" legs, or 33.5" with the optional floor mount kit.
