Scotsman XR-30 XSafe uses high power UVGI light to create a highly reactive mixture of oxygen that is circulated continuously through the ice machine. The treated air passes over the food zone where ice is made and travels into the bin, helping inhibit viruses, bacteria, fungi, slime, mold and yeast. It sits on top of the ice head, can be retrofitted on any Scotsman modular ice machine already in use, and comes with an installation kit, power cord and NEMA 1-15P plug.
