The Serv-Ware SECO-2201-V is a full-size, single-deck electric convection oven for restaurants, bakeries, cafés and caterers. A two-speed fan drives hot air across 3 chrome racks with 11 rack positions, and the electronic controller runs from 149°F to 550°F with a 60-minute bell timer. It runs on 220V single-phase power at 53 amps, has two independent stainless doors with double-layer glass windows and a chamber light, and carries cETLus, ETL Sanitation and NSF marks.
