The Serv-Ware E3CWP18242-24-V is an economy series 3-compartment sink for restaurants, cafeterias, delis and bakeries that wash by hand. Each 18" wide, 24" front-to-back bowl is 14" deep, deep enough to soak pots and pans. It has 24" drainboards on both sides for landing dirty and clean ware, and it is built from 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and NSF listed.

No faucet is listed with this sink. The 11.75" backsplash has two splash-mount faucet holes on 8" centers (1.13" diameter), so a splash-mount faucet with 8" centers fits.
Will it fit my space?
It measures 102" wide, 29.5" deep and 45.5" high to the top of the backsplash. The drainboards are on both sides of the bowls.
Can I use it to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes?
Yes. Three compartments give you separate wash, rinse and sanitize bowls, each 14" deep. Check your local health code for any bowl size or drainboard rules before ordering.
How is it different from the heavy duty series?
This economy series sink is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel. Serv-Ware's heavy duty series uses thicker 16 gauge steel for kitchens that need a sturdier sink.
Is it NSF listed?
Yes. Serv-Ware lists the economy series sinks as NSF, and the spec sheet carries the NSF and 304 stainless marks.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware warrants it against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation, up to 18 months from shipment from Serv-Ware. Labor is not included, and residential use is excluded.
