The Serv-Ware DDT48R-CWP-V is a 48" soiled dish table for restaurants, cafeterias and catering kitchens. It is built for right-to-left operation: it sits on the right side of the dish machine, so dirty ware moves right to left into the machine. A 20" × 20" × 6" deep pre-rinse sink sits at the machine end, and the 16 gauge 304 stainless steel top has a 7.5" backsplash. The table is NSF listed.

16 gauge 304 stainless
The top is 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel with a 7.5" backsplash, and the table is NSF listed.
Faucet ready
Two faucet holes on 8" centers in the backsplash for a pre-rinse faucet, sold separately.

Left or right: which one do I need?
Stand facing the dish machine. If dirty dishes come in from your right, you need this right-to-left table. Serv-Ware also makes a left-side version.
Does it stand on its own?
No. The drawing shows one pair of legs at the outer end; the machine end is meant to rest on or connect to your dish machine.
Does it come with a pre-rinse faucet?
No. The backsplash has 2 faucet holes on 8" centers for a pre-rinse faucet, sold separately.
How big is it?
48" wide, 30" deep and 41.5" high. The top narrows to 20.5" deep at the machine end.
Is it NSF listed?
Yes. The spec sheet carries the NSF mark, and Serv-Ware lists the soiled dish tables as NSF.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware warrants it against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation, up to 18 months from shipment from Serv-Ware. Labor is not included, and residential use is excluded.
