The Serv-Ware ESS2472W-CWP-V is a 72" wide, 24" deep all-stainless equipment stand for countertop griddles, charbroilers, fryers and other cooking equipment, 24" high. The top is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel with a 1" turnup at the sides and rear, and the undershelf and legs are 18 gauge 430 stainless steel. It carries the NSF mark.

The top deck is 72" wide and 24" deep, with a 1" turnup at the sides and rear. Measure the equipment, feet included, and check that it sits fully inside the turnup.
How much weight can it hold?

How tall is it?
24" from the floor to the top deck, so countertop equipment sits at a comfortable working height.
What is the difference between the Economy and Deluxe stands?
The Economy (ESG) stands have an 18 gauge 430 stainless top and galvanized undershelf and legs. The Deluxe (ESS) stands have a 16 gauge 304 stainless top with 430 stainless undershelf and legs.
Is it NSF listed?
Yes. The spec sheet carries the NSF mark.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation, up to 18 months from the shipment date. Labor is not included, and residential or non-commercial use is excluded.
