The Serv-Ware EPG-100GG is a single electric panini grill for cafés, delis, coffee shops and snack bars. Cast iron plates (grooved top and bottom) heat both sides of the sandwich, with adjustable temperature from 120°F to 570°F. It has a heavy duty stainless body, a cool-touch handle, a removable crumb tray, and ready and power lights. Serv-Ware lists a CE mark only; no UL, ETL or NSF listing is shown.

Leave room above the grill for the lid to open, and keep it on a sturdy, level counter. At 15 amps it is best on its own 15 or 20 amp circuit.

Are the plates grooved or flat?
The cast iron plates are grooved top and bottom. Both plates leave grill marks.

What does the warranty cover?
