The Serv-Ware SSSP-1 is a single gas stock pot stove for restaurants, caterers and institutional kitchens that boil large pots. A dual-ring cast iron burner rated 110,000 BTU on natural gas (85,000 BTU on LP) sits under a heavy duty cast iron grate. It has standby pilots for easy starts, chrome-coated zinc alloy knobs, a crumb tray at the bottom and stainless steel front and sides on adjustable heavy duty legs. Serv-Ware notes easy conversion between natural gas and propane, and it carries cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.
