The Serv-Ware E1CWP18182-18-V is an economy series 1-compartment sink for prep kitchens, bars, delis and small restaurants. Its 18" wide, 18" front-to-back bowl is 14" deep, deep enough to soak pots and pans. It has 18" drainboards on both sides for landing dirty and clean ware, and it is built from 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and NSF listed.

Can I use it as a hand sink?
This is a compartment sink for washing, soaking and thawing. Most health codes require a separate, dedicated hand sink; check with your local inspector.

This economy series sink is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel. Serv-Ware's heavy duty series uses thicker 16 gauge steel for kitchens that need a sturdier sink.
