The Serv-Ware SSP-3028 is a 30" x 28" side splash panel in 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, NSF listed. It mounts to the wall beside a sink or drainboard, on its bent mounting flange, to keep water and splashes off the prep table, equipment or wall next to it. Serv-Ware does not publish a drawing, so check which way the 30" and 28" sides run against your sink before ordering.
