A 7-spit electric rotisserie that roasts up to 35 chickens at a time behind lighted glass doors.
The Southwood RE7 is an electric chicken rotisserie for supermarkets, delis and restaurants that sell rotisserie chicken. Seven spits with independent motors hold 28 to 35 chickens, six 2.5 kW elements supply 15 kW of heat, and the lighted tempered glass front shows the product to customers. It is hardwired to 240V 3-phase power on a dedicated 50 amp circuit and rolls on 6" casters, with no stand needed.
Measure every doorway, ceiling and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 22" depth. Confirm you have 3-phase power before ordering.
Each spit has its own motor, so you can cook full or partial loads of 28-35 chickens.
