A 4-spit gas rotisserie that roasts up to 20 chickens at a time behind lighted glass doors.
The Southwood RG4-NG is a gas chicken rotisserie for supermarkets, delis and restaurants that sell rotisserie chicken. 4 spits with independent motors hold 16-20 chickens, 38,000 BTU of burners behind iron grates cook a 3.5 lb. chicken in about 50 minutes, and the lighted tempered glass front shows the product to customers. It runs on natural gas through the included regulator. A 120V outlet powers the motors and light.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 22.2" depth.

Yes. Southwood says to run it under an exhaust hood that extends at least 6" past its sides, with at least 4 feet from the top of the unit to the filters, and to use licensed gas, electrical and HVAC installers.
