The Standard Range SR-COE-SGL-240 is a full-size convection oven for restaurants, bakeries, schools and caterers. A 2-speed 1/2 HP fan moves heat through a porcelain enamel cavity, and the electronic thermostat runs from 150°F to 500°F with a manual cook timer. It comes with 5 nickel-plated racks. The oven is wired for 240V single phase and is hardwired by a licensed electrician; no cord or plug is included.
Measure every doorway on the delivery path, and have your electrician check the data plate before connecting.
A 2-speed 1/2 HP fan (1725 / 1140 RPM) circulates heat; choose low speed for delicate items.
Electronic thermostat, manual cook timer with alarm, fan speed switch and Oven Ready light.
The forced "cool down" fan mode runs the fan with the doors open to cool the cavity quickly after service.
The control panel sits on the right side and opens downward; the interior is porcelain enamel with 2 halogen lights.
It is wired for 240V single phase, 60 Hz, 46 A with 6 AWG wire; the oven is rated 10 kW. Standard Range says it must be hardwired to a dedicated circuit by a licensed electrician. Your electrician can convert it to 3 phase on site (27 A, 10 AWG).
No. It is hardwired, and USR Brands warns that adding a plug, cord cap or any cord-and-plug connection voids the warranty.
It is 38" W × 44.5" D × 61.7" H overall (Standard Range sheet). Measure doorways and the path to the kitchen before delivery. Leave 3" at the rear and 8" at the floor; at the sides 1" from combustible walls or 0" from non-combustible ones.
It is a full-size convection oven: the manual says it takes 18" × 26" sheet pans. The cavity is 29" W x 22.5" D x 19.6" H, with 5 racks included.
Usually yes. The manual suggests setting 50 to 100°F below a standard-oven recipe and checking doneness at about half the usual time.
USR Brands covers Standard Range gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas and hardwired electrical connections not completed by a qualified installer, and wrong voltage, phase or fuel hookups, are not covered. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
USR Brands, which backs the Standard Range warranty, states that it cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
