A full-size gas convection oven for bakeries, restaurants and caterers that bake and roast in volume.
The Standard Range SR-COG-SGL is a full-size gas convection oven, 54,000 BTU in total from 3 burners at 18,000 BTU. A 2-speed 1/2 HP fan moves heat through a porcelain enamel cavity, the electronic thermostat runs from 150°F to 500°F, and electronic ignition lights the burners. It comes with 5 nickel-plated racks. It ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit, and it plugs into a standard 110V outlet for the fan and controls.
Measure every doorway on the delivery path before ordering, and keep the oven away from fryers, griddles and ranges that heat its sides.
A 2-speed 1/2 HP fan (1725 / 1140 RPM) circulates heat through the porcelain enamel cavity.
Electronic thermostat, manual cook timer and Oven Ready light, with electronic ignition.
The control panel sits on the right side, away from the burners, and opens downward for service.
Ships for natural gas with the LP regulator spring and orifices included for on-site conversion.
It ships set up for natural gas, and each oven comes with an LP conversion kit (regulator spring and LP orifices). Have a qualified gas installer convert it before connecting it to propane.
A 3/4" NPT gas connection at the rear with its own shutoff valve; the manual lists 6-10" W.C. inlet pressure for natural gas and 11-14" W.C. for LP. It also plugs into a grounded 110V NEMA 5-15P outlet; the manual rates the oven at 9.3 A on a 15 A supply.
It is 38" W × 44.5" D × 61.7" H (Standard Range drawing). Leave 6" at the back and 6" at the sides from combustible construction (0" at the sides from non-combustible), and enough aisle room to open the doors and pull the racks.
The cavity is 29" W x 22.5" D x 19.6" H, sized for full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans, with 5 racks included.
Ventilation is required and is the owner's responsibility. If you use a canopy hood, the manual recommends it extend 6" past the oven with its lower edge 6'6" from the floor; follow your local code.
USR Brands covers Standard Range gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas and hardwired electrical connections not completed by a qualified installer, and wrong voltage, phase or fuel hookups, are not covered. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
USR Brands, which backs the Standard Range warranty, states that it cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
