The Standard Range SR-EG60 is a 60"-wide countertop griddle for diners, cafes, delis and breakfast lines. A 1" thick steel plate gives a 60" W x 20.7" D cooking area, heated by 5 heating elements and controlled by 5 thermostats from 150°F to 450°F. Welded back and side splashes, a 4" grease trough and 2 removable grease drawers keep the line clean. It runs on 208V or 240V single or 3 phase and is hardwired by a licensed electrician.
Have a licensed electrician confirm the circuit before delivery; the griddle cannot be plugged into an outlet.

It is 60" W × 29" D × 15.4" H on 6 adjustable feet (Standard Range sheet). Check that your counter or equipment stand is deep and strong enough for 484 lb.
The manual says to clean the plate, set it to 350°F, wipe on a thin film of cooking oil with a cloth and leave it for half an hour, wipe off the excess, and repeat once before cooking.
USR Brands covers Standard Range gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas and hardwired electrical connections not completed by a qualified installer, and wrong voltage, phase or fuel hookups, are not covered. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
USR Brands, which backs the Standard Range warranty, states that it cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
