The Standard Range SR-ER36-24EG-208 puts 2 sealed 9" 2 kW plates and a 24" griddle over a standard oven in a 36"-wide footprint. It suits restaurants, cafes, food halls and kitchens where gas is not available. The oven holds 2 racks and runs from 150°F to 550°F. The range is 208V 3 phase, rated 17 kW, and needs two hardwired connections made by a licensed electrician; no cord or plug is included. It rolls on 4 pre-installed casters, 2 with brakes.
Have a licensed electrician confirm both circuits before delivery; the range cannot be plugged into an outlet.

Standard Range's current spec sheet (Rev. 10-2026) says it needs two separate power supply connections, each hardwired to its own dedicated circuit by a licensed electrician. Have your electrician check the data plate and size both circuits before delivery.
No. It is hardwired and the power cord is not included. USR Brands warns that adding a plug, cord cap or any cord-and-plug connection voids the warranty.
It is 36.1" wide, 30.8" deep and 59.5" tall to the top of the back shelf (Standard Range sheet). It ships in a 40" W × 37" D × 44" H crate at 549 lb., so check doorways and the path to the line.
The oven is 25.8" W × 22.4" D × 13.8" H inside, with 2 racks, a 5 kW element and a thermostat from 150°F to 550°F.
Wash off the factory oil, rinse with a vinegar and water mix, spread solid shortening over the plate, heat to 350°F until it smokes, rub it in, let it cool and repeat once, then wipe on a thin film of oil (manual).
The manual calls for 6" at the back and sides from combustible construction and 0" from non-combustible construction, installed under an exhaust hood as your local code requires.
USR Brands covers Standard Range gas and electric cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas and hardwired electrical connections not completed by a qualified installer, and wrong voltage, phase or fuel hookups, are not covered. Food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
USR Brands, which backs the Standard Range warranty, states that it cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
