The Standard Range SR-PC11-LP is a 15"-wide floor pasta cooker for Italian restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and catering kitchens. 122,000 BTU of liquid propane burners heat an 11 gallon open-pot tank, and a manual millivolt thermostat holds the water between 86°F and 257°F, with a 260°F high limit. Six stainless steel mesh baskets, a water faucet on a 1/2" inlet and a 1" waste water drain make refilling and emptying simple. This model runs on liquid propane only.

No. The SR-PC11-LP is set up for liquid propane, and the manual says the cooker should be connected only to the gas type shown on its serial plate. For natural gas, choose the SR-PC11-NG.
Gas through the 3/4" NPT male connector on a 1/2" pipe (minimum 10" W.C. supply pressure), cold water to the 1/2" male NPT inlet, and a drain line on the 1" male NPT waste water outlet. A qualified installer must make the gas connection.

The sheet lists 4 casters (2 with brakes) as standard, with legs optional. On casters, the manual requires a flexible gas connector, a quick-disconnect and a restraint (not included); the cooker must be restrained against tipping.

Gas and hardwired electrical connections not completed by a qualified installer, and wrong voltage, phase or fuel hookups, are not covered.
